T-Mobile US, Inc. (“T-Mobile”), T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T-Mobile USA”) and the Additional Registrants on this registration statement have filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, a prospectus, dated May 23, 2025 (the “Prospectus”), to the Registration Statement on Form S-4 (File.
