Effective March 1, 2023, ON Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) completed the relocation of its corporate headquarters from 5005 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85008, to 5701 North Pima Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250.
Effective March 1, 2023, Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, completed the relocation of its principal place of business from 5005 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85008, to 5701 North Pima Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250.
