EXPLANATORY NOTE This Form 8-K/A amends Item 7 of the current report on Form 8-K filed by Enviro-Clean of America, Inc. (the "Company") on December 28, 2000, to include financial statements that were not available at the time of the filing of the initial report. The financial statements are required as a result of the December 22, 2000, divestiture by the Company of the assets of June Supply Corp. ("June Supply"), a former wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. ITEM 7.
