Explanation of Responses:
1.

On November 25, 2025, 17,432 shares of the Company's common stock were transferred out of 2022 GRAT as an annuity payment to the reporting person's directly held account. Following this transfer, the trust was terminated and the remaining 46,175 shares were transferred to the remaindermen of the trust.

2.

The increase in shares is due to periodic purchases by the Plan Trustee pursuant to the Plan.
