Lightspeed Ultimate General Partner XI, Ltd. ("LUGP XI") is the general partner of LGP XI. Barry Eggers, Ravi Mhatre, and Peter Nieh are the directors of LUGP XI and share voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by Lightspeed XI. Each of LGP XI, LUGP XI and Messrs.
