SCHEDULE A

to the

INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT

Roundhill Financial Inc.

Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC

and

LISTED FUNDS TRUST

The Adviser will pay to the Sub-Adviser as compensation for the Sub-Adviser’s services rendered, a fee, calculated daily and paid monthly, at an annual rate based on the accumulative average daily net assets of each fund that ETC sub-advises and Roundhill is the Investment Adviser (or the Fund Sponsor), and subject to a minimum annual fee as follows:

The Adviser will pay to the Sub-Adviser as compensation for the Sub-Adviser’s services rendered, a fee, computed daily at an annual rate of 0.09% based on the daily net assets of the Roundhill Bitcoin Futures ETF.

The Adviser will pay to the Sub-Adviser as compensation for the Sub-Adviser’s services rendered, a fee, computed daily at an annual rate based on the greater of (1) the minimum fee or (2) the daily net aggregated assets under management in all of the Roundhill Big exchange traded funds sub-advised by the Sub-Adviser, in accordance with the following fee schedule:
