(NASDAQ: PVII), the Emmy Award-winning leader in virtual advertising and imaging solutions, announced today that it has been notified by the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the "Panel") that its common stock will be delisted from trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market effective with the open of business on Thursday, March 13, 2003.
