(the “Registrant”) which become issuable under the BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. 2025 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) by reason of any stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization or other similar transaction which results in an increase in the number of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Registrant. |
