1.	On March 4, 2025, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly stated the amount of shares withheld for tax purposes. This amendment on Form 4/A is being filed to correct this error. The amount reflected in Column 4 represents the correct amount of shares that were withheld to account for these tax obligations.
2.	Represents the value of the shares on the vesting date which was used to determine the number of shares to be retained by the issuer to satisfy the tax withholding obligations.
3.	Includes common shares and restricted stock units as of the filing date of this amendment.
